Associate | Technical Support | Network Operations Center

We are hiring Associates with experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or Network Operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, Windows/Linux, and ticketing tools. Candidates must possess strong troubleshooting and strong communication skills.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Flexible (Mon - Fri) | Fixed Week offs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Monitor network alerts and respond within SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate dispatches.
• Update customers on open incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 support teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
