Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Associate will support project teams in software development and delivery, including assisting with coding, testing, documentation, and basic troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks may involve collaborating with developers, designers, and project managers to meet project milestones, maintaining clear communication on task progress, and learning company tools and processes. The role also includes participating in team meetings, following best practices for code quality and version control, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation in the software and technology domain within a structured team environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in at least one programming language or framework (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and a willingness to learn additional technologies used by the company.
• Basic understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and front-end or back-end principles.
• Ability to assist with testing, documentation, and troubleshooting using logical and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in cloud platforms (such as Amazon Web Services), databases, and modern software development practices is an advantage.
