Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Telecom Sales Associates with 1-2 years of experience in telecom sales, inside sales, renewals, or account management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions and support sales activities for telecom products and services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets in a target-driven environment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Telecom Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Renewals, or Account Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
• Good understanding of telecom products and services.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in US shifts and a performance-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in upselling or cross-selling telecom or managed services solutions.
• Exposure to account management and customer retention processes.
