1 . MIS Reporting & Reconciliations

• Prepare, maintain, and automate MIS reports to support business operations and management decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Leverage advanced Excel functionalities such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, charts, and formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy across systems and reports.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and highlight key observations to management.

2. Data Management & Back Office Operations

• Manage and process operational transactions and back-office activities in accordance with established procedures and service-level agreements.
• Handle file uploads, data updates, and system maintenance activities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and data governance standards.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders through emails, calls, and meetings.
• Understand stakeholder requirements and ensure timely delivery of reports, data requests, and operational support.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Provide data-driven insights and support business requirements on a timely basis.
