Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process (blended process preferred).
  
• Graduate degree from a recognized university (B.A - Bachelor of Arts or equivalent).
  
• Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers worldwide.
