Job Description.

• Action all the claims received within the stipulated Turn Around Times
• To achieve targets set in the Objectives for the year 
• To adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirement is met
• To take ownership of assigned cases
• To contribute towards Process Improvement initiatives within the organization
• To adhere to AXA values and attitudes 
• To ensure ISO 9001 compliance within the processes followed
• Education- B Pharmacy, BBA, BA, B Com (except technical background)
• Skill sets - Good written communication, Eye for detail and comprehension skills 
• Experience- 0 to 2 years, Any related insurance or healthcare claims assessment experience (preferable)
