Associate

Elevate is recruiting an Associate for our Contracts team. As an Associate, you will perform the first-level review of the assigned project. You will be accountable for delivering quality work to the project leads.

Specifically, the Associate will:

• Review contracts.
• Extract the metadata terms from contracts.
• Process contracts via the CLM system.
• Ensure quality of work as per required parameters.
• Responsible for doing First level review of Contract documents.
• Assess own performance and take accountability for own actions.
• Communicate effectively with other team members.

• Dependable, responsive, and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Flexible, and willing to pitch in on matters and projects to better serve our customers, even if the work falls outside your normal scope of duties.
• Excellent writing skills, particularly depicting complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Professionalism in both verbal and written work.
• Excellent listening as well as communication skills and the judgment to know which skill to use in each setting.

Experience:

• 0.6-2 Years experience.

• LLB
