Roles and Responsibilities :

About the Role:

• Manage and monitor residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use real estate projects.

• Review development regulations, statutory approvals, and building approval processes.

• Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and cash flow projections.

• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.

• Review construction schedules, contracts, procurement status, and bill certifications.

• Monitor project financials, including sales MIS, collections, escrow accounts, and deal covenants.

• Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations for effective project execution.

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, environmental, and safety regulations.

• Support end-to-end execution of assignments while maintaining high-quality deliverables and process efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field (construction industry).
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, Bidding processes, QS reporting, Risk Analysis & Management principles.
• Proficiency in using software such as QS or similar tools for creating estimates and tracking progress.
