Associate

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Advanced Excel, working knowledge of Power BI, excellent logical reasoning abilities, and 2 to 5 years of experience in preparing management and regulatory reports. The role involves extracting, cleaning, transforming, validating, and reconciling data from multiple sources while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management ETL Operations

• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data received from multiple internal and external sources.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and exception analysis.
• Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Maintain data repositories, reporting databases, and operational records.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used in reporting.

MIS Reporting

• Generate regular operational, management, and regulatory reports
• Develop and enhance reporting processes using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.

Regulatory Reporting

• Prepare and validate data required for regulatory and compliance reporting.
• Ensure reporting output complies with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for submitted reports.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Business, Compliance, and other teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Follow up with stakeholders for missing data, discrepancies, and reporting dependencies.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI (Intermediate): Data modelling, DAX fundamentals etc.
