2. Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
3. Prepare for and represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and trials, including delivering opening and closing statements, examining witnesses, and presenting arguments.
4. Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
5. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
