Role Responsibilities

• BCM Framework Policy - Periodically review and update BCM documentation
• Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Risk Assessment - Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across functions
• Identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery priorities
• Perform risk assessments related to business disruptions
• Continuity Planning - Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans
• Ensure plans are comprehensive, practical, and up to date
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and business teams
• Testing Exercises - Plan and execute BCM drills, tabletop exercises, and simulations
• Evaluate effectiveness of plans and identify gaps
• Track remediation actions and improvements
• Incident Management - Support crisis management during disruptions
• Coordinate response activities and communication
• Document incidents and lessons learned
• Training Awareness - Conduct BCM awareness sessions across the organization
• Train business units on their roles and responsibilities
• Promote a culture of resilience
