Reports To: Team Leader Benefits Co-ordination

Job Purpose: This person is responsible for supporting the BR Verification process by completing assigned tasks accurately and within timelines, while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform insurance eligibility verification as per process guidelines.
• Ensure completion of scheduled patient verifications within the defined advance days.
• Provide EOD (End of Day) status updates to the Team Leader.
• Maintain compliance with process KPIs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent demonstrated academic achievement.
• Should have minimum of 0-1 years of experience in Medical billing.
