Associate Zonal Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive diesel sales through field visits, customer acquisition, and relationship building across the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new B2B customers onto the Repos platform, ensuring successful first-order activation.
• Map customers with suitable fuelling partners and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Identify off-platform diesel requirements and convert them into recurring business through Repos.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase diesel volume and repeat orders.
• Track territory performance, sales pipeline, customer activation, and diesel volumes to consistently achieve targets.

Job Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, business development, customer acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales conversion, and achieving business targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, including lead generation, field prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills; Kannada fluency is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-based sales role.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, negotiation, and target-oriented mindset.
