Associate Visionplus developer

Job Description:

• 4+ years of experience in software development in Vision plus CMS module including Posting changes.
• Experience in other subsystems like FAS, TRAMS, CTA, MBS, ASM are preferred.
• Experience in developing and delivering in Agile methodology is essential.
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Handle enhancements, defect fixes, and production support for card processing systems
• credit/debit card lifecycle, transaction processing, and reconciliation

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Leading cross-functional technology teams and providing technical guidance
• Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for adoption
• Developing and maintaining technology roadmaps
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members
• Driving technology initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership and software development
