This is a maker's role for an early-career talent who can edit, animate, and finish a high volume of corporate video to a premium standard, and who is genuinely excited about where AI is taking creative production.

You will turn executive ideas, client stories, events, and campaigns into video and motion content that moves across LinkedIn, YouTube, the web, recruiting, and internal channels. Just as important, you will help us work faster and more ambitiously by weaving AI tools through the entire workflow including shootless content built from existing footage, stills, motion graphics, stock, and generative assets when a live shoot is not warranted.

WHAT YOULL DO 

• Edit and finish a steady stream of corporate video executive thought leadership, client stories, event recaps, culture and recruiting pieces, and social-first short form — to a consistent, premium standard. 
• Produce “shootless” content end to end, building polished video from existing footage, stills, motion graphics, stock, and AI-generated assets when a live shoot isn’t needed. 
• Use AI across the workflow — generative video and imagery, automated transcription and rough cuts, audio cleanup, and templating — to compress turnaround and increase output without sacrificing quality. 
• Design and animate motion graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and data visualizations that bring the company's brand system to life. 
• Bring a creative point of view, not just execution — translate briefs into concepts, and pitch ideas that help company stand apart. 
• Hold the brand standard across typography, color, logo usage, and tone on every deliverable and every channel. 
• Optimize and version content for each platform, and keep media assets, project files, and the content library organized. 
• Partner across Growth and the business — marketing, comms, recruiting, and practice teams — to keep a fast-moving pipeline on schedule. 
• 3+ years of professional video editing and/or production experience — in-house, agency, broadcast, social, or a related creative field. 
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.  
• Demonstrated motion-graphics ability and a strong eye for pacing, typography, color, and sound. 
• Hands-on curiosity with AI and generative content tools, and an appetite to push them further. 
• A reel or portfolio that shows range and a distinct creative sensibility; corporate or brand work is a plus. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight. 
• A clear communicator who can take a brief, ask the right questions, and bring ideas to the table.
