Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of medical underwriters to ensure efficient processing of life insurance applications.
• Develop and implement effective underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures to minimize risk exposure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex underwriting issues and improve overall business performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in the underwriting process.

Job Requirements :

• 10-18 years of experience in life insurance underwriting or related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry regulations, laws, and best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful underwriting strategies.
