About Keertana Finserv

Keertana Finserv is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Vice President (AVP) – Gold Loans to drive regional business growth, lead high-performing teams, and strengthen business operations across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional gold loan business growth and achieve assigned business targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, loan disbursements, portfolio growth, and branch productivity.
• Lead, manage, and motivate regional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and support business expansion across assigned markets.
• Monitor branch performance, review key business metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive staff recruitment, team building, employee productivity, and retention.
• Conduct regular branch visits and review business performance with regional and branch teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships and strengthen the company's presence across the assigned region.
• Provide regular business updates and performance reports to senior management.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the gold loan industry.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong exposure to business development, sales, and staff recruitment.
• Proven track record of driving regional or multi-branch business performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage business targets and lead teams across multiple locations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
