Specific Skills

· Coordinates operations for a regional or specialised banking cluster. May report to a Branch Support Manager or be team leader. ·  Provides information & services to other departments within guidelines ·  Coordinates administration of applicable work group projects ·  Prepares documents, spreadsheets and presentations ·   May hold a Certificate IV in Business .May be known as a Business Operations Co-ordination or Manager

Communication / Interpersonal ·  Establishes productive relationships with peers, internal customers & supplier representatives ·  Produces routine reports

Planning / Organising ·  Plans own work & assists senior staff in organising & completing their work ·  Reviews team outputs according to agreed schedule

Analysis / Problem Solving / Innovation ·  May use analysis in project / routine tasks ·  Solves problems of a non routine nature

Service Delivery ·  Handles enquiries & assists staff & clients

Teamwork ·  Undertakes team tasks ·  May assist with training of others
