Associate Vice President - Retail Products

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research and analysis on distribution models, partner ecosystems, competition landscape, evolving customer needs and emerging market trends
• Support design and implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple distribution channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare high-quality presentations and insights for leadership reviews

Design performance monitoring systems to support data-driven decision-making and drive measurable impact

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to SQL / Power BI / Tableau is a preferred
• Ability to manage ambiguity, deadlines, and multiple stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication and structured problem-solving abilities with proven collaboration and senior stakeholder management skills
