Associate Vice President Operations - US Healthcare

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the US Healthcare team, ensuring efficient processing of medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) activities.
• Oversee a team of professionals responsible for RCM, providing guidance on process improvements and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and implement changes that drive operational efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 16-24 years of experience in US Healthcare industry, preferably in an Operations Management role.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, RCM, and US healthcare regulations.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence through process improvements.
