Tasks :

• Lead and support MIS, budgeting, financial planning and performance analysis for informed management decision-making.
• Manage taxation, GST compliance, treasury and payroll-related finance functions in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Strengthen financial controls, audit coordination and statutory compliance across corporate and business units.
• Monitor receivables, cash flows and working capital to improve liquidity and financial efficiency.
• Drive effective utilization of the SAP Finance module, ensuring accurate and timely financial data and reporting.
• Coordinate with Unit Finance Heads for consolidation, financial reporting, issue resolution and implementation of corporate finance policies.

Gross Salary: Rs. 189630(Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC: Rs.27.65 lakh (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:
Essential: CA / CMA

Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, treasury, taxation, budgeting, statutory compliance, audit, and financial reporting in a large, multi-business organization. Track record of driving financial performance, optimizing resource allocation, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic insights to support organizational growth and value creation.

Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. [phone removed] (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. [phone removed] (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.

Desirable: Expertise in capital structuring, financial governance, risk management, and Board-level financial advisory, with a strong understanding of regulatory and accounting frameworks.
