Tasks :

• Lead the Civil Engineering vertical and drive business development, project acquisition and strategic growth in civil infrastructure.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of civil projects, ensuring timely completion within approved cost, quality, safety and schedule parameters.
• Review and approve designs, DPRs, estimates, tender documents and technical proposals for civil projects.
• Coordinate with clients, government authorities, consultants and other stakeholders for approvals, clearances and project-related matters.
• Monitor contractor performance, site progress, quality, safety and resource utilisation, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, cost overruns and delays, while driving operational efficiency and successful project delivery.

Requirements

Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.08.2026

Gross Salary: Rs. 189630(Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC: Rs.27.65 lakh (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:
Essential: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Desirable : MBA

Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience in project management and civil construction, including planning, design and DPR review, estimation, tendering, contract administration, site execution, quality control and monitoring of contractors and consultants.

Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. [phone removed] (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. [phone removed] (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.

Desirable: Experience in large-scale infrastructure, healthcare or turnkey projects, business development and project acquisition, liaison with Government bodies and clients, statutory approvals and leadership of multi-site project teams.
