Associate, Utility

The role is responsible for supporting engineering operations across the organization with a focus on operation, monitoring, and optimization of utility systems critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role ensures quality, safety, reliability, cost, timeliness, and performance standards are consistently achieved. It performs routine operation, troubleshooting, and maintece of utilities, interprets engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications, and contributes to data analysis, documentation, and compliance activities. The position monitors utility performance outcomes to meet technical, functional, cost, and schedule targets, supports regulatory and audit requirements, and actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated production environment.
