Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Associate US IT Recruiters to join our US Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in US IT Recruitment and work in an international recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for US IT requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Learn and understand US staffing processes, technologies, employment types, and recruitment practices.
• Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

• Freshers are welcome.
• Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/BCA/BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of computers and MS Office.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a team.
