Job Description Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional® [local brands can be input here, be sure to use register sign ®].  At Kimberly-Clark, it’s all here for you—innovation, growth, and the chance to make a real impact.

You were made to create Better Care for a Better World: this is your opportunity to operate a machine that produces top-notch products for ¼ of the world’s population. Get recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day. It starts with YOU.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in India. Maintenance, Reliability & Lean Practices: Perform Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, and Tightening (CLIT); visual health checks including temperature, vibration, greasing, oiling, and abnormality closure. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance, systematic spare replacement, hot‑melt cleaning, and focus on lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement to deliver benchmark Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and compliance KPIs.

Quality Assurance & GMP Compliance: Follow personal and plant hygiene, pest control, GMP standards, conduct all quality testing for product verification, address customer complaints, quality defects, and RMPM. Perform real‑time inspections, grade change inspections, variable and attribute testing, packing and artwork checks, document results in quality systems, conduct audits (CCPs, QMS, 5S), manage product clearance, hold protocols, and equipment calibration.
