Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Test System Design Validation: Support the development and validation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to ensure high-quality product output.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis on electrical test failures, identifying and implementing practical, long-term solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain and improve test fixtures, tools, and hardware/software platforms. Ensure all equipment remains calibrated, operational, and compliant with safety standards.
• Documentation Configuration: Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), maintain source code, and keep detailed records of configurations and test procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and support production goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in hardware and software upgrades, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize test processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency:Practical programming skills in C, C++.Strong fundamental understanding of electrical circuit theory, electronic components, and instrumentation.Familiarity with industrial control concepts or embedded systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, a high level of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
• Agility: A proactive learner who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for project support as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to industrial software tools (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand).
