Job Description GLOSS Platform Developer. Design, develop, and enhance functionality within the Broadridge GLOSS platform. Customize trade processing, settlement, custody, reconciliation, and accounting workflows. Support end-to-end processing across multiple asset classes. Develop and maintain batch and real-time transaction processing components. Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance functionality within the Broadridge GLOSS platform.
• Customize trade processing, settlement, custody, reconciliation, and accounting workflows.
• Support end-to-end processing across multiple asset classes.
• Develop and maintain batch and real-time transaction processing components.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with platform capabilities.
• System Integration: Develop interfaces between GLOSS and: Order Management Systems (OMS) Execution Management Systems (EMS) Trading Platforms Market Data Providers Custodian Banks SWIFT Network Clearing and Settlement Systems.
• Build and support APIs, messaging interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Perform integration testing with upstream and downstream applications.
• Database & Performance Optimization: Design and optimize database objects, stored procedures, and SQL queries.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in high-volume transaction environments.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and archival activities.
• Production Support: Investigate and resolve production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis for settlement breaks and processing exceptions.
• Coordinate releases and deployment activities.
