Job description:

• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
• Candidate should have good customer handling skills.
• Handle customers via voice calls and ensuring seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
• Comfortable with Work form Office and Night shifts.
• 5 days working with rotational week off and shifts.
• Both side cabs provided.
• Salary between 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
