Associate Technical Lead, Software Developement

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of software features, from requirements analysis and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Translate business and system requirements into robust, maintainable, and extensible software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience building and delivering production software systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with working knowledge of Python or similar programming languages.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience developing backend applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and multithreaded programming.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and designing data-driven applications.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working on medium-to-large scale software projects with measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
