- Ensure accurate and timely execution of master data processes through SAP MDG in accordance with business rules, standards, and SLAs.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and support data quality and governance initiatives. Main Accountabilities- Provide operational support and guidance to team members.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Support data validation, cleansing, and data quality improvement initiatives.- Manage IDOC monitoring and resolution activities.
- Coordinate with regional and business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
- Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.

- Understanding of Customer, Supplier, and Material Master Data processes.
- Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management principles.- Understanding of how master data impacts business and transactional processes.
- Familiarity with SLA/KPI reporting and operational metrics. Education & ExperienceEducation
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Operations.
Minimum 2 years of SAP MDG/SAP MDM experience.Experience managing Customer, Supplier, and/or Material Master Data.
Experience working with business stakeholders and global teams.
Prior experience mentoring or guiding team members is preferred.
