Associate Team Lead - Compensation and Global Mobility

At Bunge, we're looking for a Compensation & Global Mobility professional to support our global HR Services team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with HR leaders, global stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful Total Rewards and Mobility programs across regions.

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Mohali / Hybrid

What You'll Do:

• Support compensation & global mobility programs
• Manage salary benchmarking and annual compensation cycles
• Partner with vendors like Mercer, WTW, and Aon
• Build dashboards, reports, and HR analytics
• Resolve compensation-related queries and support HRBPs
• Drive process excellence and HR transformation projects

What We're Looking For:

• 6-8 years of Compensation, Total Rewards, or Global Mobility experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR/SuccessFactors
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment

Education: MBA/Postgraduate in HR or related field
