What Will You Learn?

Don't worry if you've never recruited before. We'll coach you, mentor you, and help you become a skilled Recruiter.

You'll learn to:

• Translate hiring manager and client expectations into clear job requirements.
• Discover talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
• Engage with candidates through meaningful conversations to understand their skills, aspirations, and career goals.
• Assess potential by screening resumes and conducting initial candidate evaluations.
• Connect people with opportunities by coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Own the recruitment journey by tracking applications, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Create great candidate experiences by supporting candidates through offers, negotiations, and joining.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.

Who Are We Looking For?

Eligibility:

• MBA/PGDM specializing in HR Mandatory
• Graduating batch: 2025 or 2026
• Minimum CGPA: 8.0
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
• Confident, articulate, curious, and eager to learn
• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse professional backgrounds
• Candidates residing in or around HITEC City, Hyderabad, will be preferred as this is work from office role.
