About the Team

The Human Resources and People Strategy team at Navi manages the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and development. They partner closely with business teams to design and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a thriving, high-performance organisational culture.

About the role

You will drive high-volume hiring for Collections and other SBO roles. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, coordinating interviews, driving follow-ups and closures, and maintaining accurate hiring trackers and reports. The role requires strong communication, ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

What We Expect From You

High-Volume Sourcing

• Source candidates for Collections and other SBO roles through job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and WorkIndia, as well as referrals and other sourcing channels
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring requirement

Outbound Calling & Screening

• Conduct bulk outbound calls to engage prospective candidates.
• Perform initial screening and assess candidate suitability based on communication skills, role understanding, interest, and willingness to proceed

Pipeline Management

• Maintain and manage an active candidate pipeline aligned with daily and weekly hiring targets
• Ensure continuous candidate flow for ongoing hiring need

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end interview logistics, ensuring candidate availability and smooth communication throughout the process.

Follow-ups & Closures

• Drive regular follow-ups with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
• Support timely closures of open positions

Tracker Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers covering sourcing, pipeline status, interviews, offers, and joining.
• Ensure data integrity and timely update

Data Reporting

• Share daily and weekly recruitment reports highlighting key metrics such as sourcing volume, conversion ratios, pipeline status, and hiring progress
• Provide insights to support recruitment planning and decision-making

Process Adherence

• Ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs, documentation requirements, hiring guidelines, and timelines.
• Maintain process discipline and support audit readiness where applicable.

Must Haves

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably volume hiring) and eager to pursue a career in end-to-end recruitment.
• Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adjust in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, stakeholders, and colleagues
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and professionally.
• Integrity: High standards of ethics and professionalism in all interactions
• Candidate-First Mindset: A genuine focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
