Campus and TPO relationships

• Identify, map and onboard colleges, universities and skill institutes across the assigned territory (degree colleges, autonomous institutes, junior colleges and skilling partners).
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with TPOs, placement coordinators, principals, HoDs and student placement committees.
• Secure placement slots, pre-placement talks and recurring drive calendars with partner institutions.
• Visit campuses regularly; keep every contact and interaction updated in the campus contact repository.
• Support institutional partnerships such as MoUs, internship tie-ups, guest lectures and employability workshops

• .Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-campus, pooled-campus, off-campus and walk-in drives end to end: logistics, panels, assessments and same-day results where possible.
• Deliver engaging pre-placement talks on Sutherland, the roles on offer, growth paths and benefits.
• Source, screen and assess candidates for communication skills, aptitude, language proficiency and shift readiness.
• Coordinate with operations and hiring managers on requirements, interview panels and selection criteria

Preferred candidate profile :

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• 14 years of recruitment experience, ideally in campus hiring or high-volume BPO/BPM/KPO hiring.
• Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to large student audiences.
• Willingness to travel to campuses several days a week.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and an ATS or recruitment tracker.
• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Experience organising pooled drives or job fairs with 200+ candidates.
• Exposure to university, NSDC or government skilling programmes.
• Experience with campus employer branding or social media recruitment.
