Associate Staff Engineer

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring experience in DevOps, design, deploy, and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.
• Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD.
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Deploy, monitor, and support AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic applications on AWS.
• Manage AWS services including IAM, ECR, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, networking, and security services.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Splunk, and CloudWatch.
• Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Support AI platforms leveraging Bedrock, SageMaker, LLM Gateways, Model APIs, and distributed workloads.
• Collaborate with development, platform, data, and security teams to drive cloud platform excellence.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, performance, and operational issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform engineering best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
