Associate / Sr. Associate / Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze unpaid or denied medical claims.
• Contact insurance companies through calls, payer portals, or IVR systems to determine claim status and obtain payment information.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Perform appropriate claim corrections and submit appeals whenever required.
• Document all interactions and claim updates accurately in the billing system.
• Analyze Accounts Receivable reports and prioritize claims for follow-up.
• Identify root causes for payment delays and work towards resolution.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required documentation and supporting records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of US Healthcare and Medical Billing processes.
• Knowledge of AR Follow-up, Denials Management, Appeals, and Claim Resolution.
• Ability to interpret EOBs, remittance advice, and payer guidelines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and healthcare billing tools.
