Associate Specialist (OTC)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone, email, or chat regarding OTC (Over-the-Counter) products.
• Process orders, resolve issues, and answer questions related to product availability, pricing, and returns/exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software for tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles is an asset.
