Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers—from discovery to deployment
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with enterprise clients to understand business needs
- Configure RightCrowd software solutions to meet customer-specific requirements
- Integrate with third-party systems including PACS (e.g., Lenel, HID, Genetec), HRIS, and IT directories
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and account teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to clients and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues during project delivery
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live stabilization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term adoption and value realization
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration
- Familiarity with physical security systems (PACS) or identity and access management (IAM/PIAM) is strongly preferred
- Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), and enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of access control workflows, compliance requirements, and security operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- CCure 9000 MAS/SAS experience
