Associate Software Developer for a long-term product development role in the

Role: Associate Software Developer

CTC: ₹3.6 LPA

Type: Full-time

Location: Ashok Nagar, Ranchi, Jharkhand

Experience: 3-5 years experience preferred

What You’ll Work On You will work on web-based product features related to institutional operations such as:

• Student and user workflows
• Attendance and academic modules
• Fee and finance-related workflows
• Dashboards and reports
• Communication and notification flows
• Admin panels and role-based interfaces

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain product features
• Work on frontend and/or backend tasks
• Debug issues and improve product stability
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with the team on product requirements
• Take ownership of assigned work and deliver consistently

Required Skills

• Good understanding of web development fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of frontend or backend development
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and Git
• Logical problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
• Responsible attitude and consistency

Preferred Skills

• React / Next.js
• Node.js / NestJS
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• REST APIs
• Git
• SaaS product exposure is a plus
