Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer (Full-Stack & Cloud) with a strong technical mindset to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building modern web applications, designing scalable backend systems, and managing their cloud delivery pipelines. This position is designed for an early-career professional looking to excel at the intersection of full-stack engineering and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to align work hours and communication effectively with Japan (JST) and Korean (KST) time zones.
• Next.js Development: Build high-performance, responsive frontends and server-side rendered applications using Next.js, React, and modern UI frameworks.
• Microservices Architecture : Design, build, and maintain scalable, distributed backend microservices using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), PHP (Laravel), or Rust.
• CI/CD & Deployment : Maintain and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins to automate application delivery.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Setup : Assist in managing, configuring, and monitoring cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to support scalable web and mobile applications.
• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor live application metrics, track logs, and quickly diagnose system failures or infrastructure bottlenecks using Swagger, OpenAPI tools, or custom logging suites.
• Collaboration : Participate in Agile ceremonies ( Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and contribute to code reviews to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications, architectural diagrams, and environment setup guides.

What We Are Looking for Experience & Education

• Experience : 1+ , 2 years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, Full-Stack Development, or a related technical role.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related engineering field.

Technical Foundation & Skills

• Frontend & Architecture: Proven hands-on experience with Next.js/React and a solid understanding of

Microservices architecture.

• Cloud & Automation: Familiarity with deploying applications to cloud providers (

AWS/GCP/Azure) and using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).

• Coding Proficiency: Proven ability to read and write robust backend logic in

Node.js, Java, PHP, Rust, or Dart.

• Analytical Skills: A sharp eye for detail, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to proactively identify and fix system bottlenecks or API integration bugs.

Bonus points

• Language: Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N5 or above) is a significant advantage and highly encouraged!
• Domain: Previous hands-on experience working within

Banking projects or the
