Associate Software Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Associate Full Stack Developer with 0 to 1 year of experience who is interested in developing modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of frontend development, particularly Angular, along with basic knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.

Candidates with strong frontend skills and a willingness to learn backend technologies are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular 16+.
• Build reusable UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with MongoDB for data storage and management.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
• Understand business requirements and help convert them into technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve basic frontend and backend application issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile development activities.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver quality applications.
• Contribute to applications related to financial compliance and regulatory workflows.

Required Skills

• 0 to 1 year of experience in Full Stack Development; freshers with relevant project experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of Angular, preferably Angular 16 or above.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Basic knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

Good to Have

• Academic projects, internships, or personal projects using Angular and Java.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Interest in FinTech, RegTech, capital markets, or financial services applications.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, or M.Sc. IT candidates with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
