Responsibilities

• Complete a training program covering engineering fundamentals, Taazaas tech stack and AI-first development practices.
• Break down problems, propose solutions and explain the trade-offs behind your approach.
• Use AI tools such as coding assistants to research, write, test and debug code faster, while verifying and owning the output.
• Work on real projects alongside experienced engineers and mentors.
• Write clean, maintainable code and keep learning new tools and technologies.

Requirements

Must have

• A solutioning mindset: sharp analytical, logical and reasoning skills, and the ability to turn an open problem into a workable solution.
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one language: JavaScript, Java, C++, Python or C#.
• A good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
• A good understanding of OS concepts: process scheduling, threads and concurrency, context switching, memory management and file systems.
• Working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu or Red Hat) with the shell, or Windows with PowerShell.
• Curiosity about AI and the drive to use it to learn faster and work more productively.

Nice to have

• Academic or personal projects you can explain confidently and answer questions on.
• Experience building with AI tools, or participation in hackathons and coding contests.

Qualifications

• Academic Eligibility: Minimum 70% marks in graduation.
