Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI systems for conversational search in medical content
- Evaluate, debug, and improve conversational AI to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor and optimize system performance for latency, cost, and reliability
- Explore and apply reinforcement learning and self-improving techniques
- Experience to drive end-to-end UiPath to Power Automate Desktop (PAD) migration, including assessment, redesign, optimization, and stabilization of existing automations
- Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities within PAD framework to enable intelligent automation, decision-making, and migration acceleration
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure responsible and ethical AI practices throughout all stages of development
- Stay up-to-date with advances in AI/ML and contribute innovative ideas to improve product capabilities
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to bring AI innovations into production-ready solutions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). AI Builder Responsibilities:
- Use GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI) to ideate, prototype, and implement features efficiently
- Apply Vibe coding techniques to maintain clean, expressive, and AI-augmented codebases
- Develop internal tools and scripts using AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity
- Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical considerations
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with strong focus on NLP and Language Models, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar LLM frameworks
- Experience with agentic frameworks and building modular, scalable AI agents
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Agentic Frameworks, and GitHub Copilot
- Solid experience in UiPath to Power Automate (PAD) migration, including architecture, framework design, and automation transformation
- Experience working with large-scale data processing and computing frameworks
