About the Department The Enterprise Software department at TresVista partners with internal departments and vendors to implement, optimize, and support enterprise technology platforms. The team delivers end-to-end solutions by combining functional expertise with technical proficiency, enabling the organization to maximize the value of enterprise systems.

The Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and support of enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM, or similar). Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions. Conduct fit-gap analysis, design workshops, UAT, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, data migration, and system enhancements. Manage stakeholder relationships, plan project timelines & deliverables; ensure quality of output and adherence to TresVista’s delivery standards

Prerequisites Hands-on experience in ERP or enterprise platforms Strong understanding of at least one enterprise software module (e.g., Finance, HR, CRM, Projects etc), and business processes Ability to read and write basic scripts or configurations (SQL, Python, VBA or similar), work on API Integrations, Dashboards (Power BI or similar) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience 4–10 years of experience as a Techno Functional Consultant in enterprise software implementations and support Proven track record of delivering full-cycle ERP or enterprise software projects across multiple industries

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
