Associate - Social Media and content management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Expertise in social media, digital marketing, communications, content strategy with strong analytical, writing, storytelling, presentation, stakeholder, and project management skills.
• Monitor social conversations, trends, competitors, partners, and industry developments and identify audience interests, opportunities, and reputational risks.
• Translate social listening and performance data into clear recommendations that improve content effectiveness, audience growth, and channel strategy.
• Develop data and insight-led content themes, organic social campaigns, editorial opportunities, storytelling frameworks, and content plans aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze channel, content, campaign, audience, and engagement performance to identify actionable trends and provide reports periodically.
