About this role
What’s the role? As an Associate Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery and reliability of Enterprise Integration Services, with a focus on Azure Integration Services technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions. You will contribute to the resolution of technical issues and complex incidents, support major incident management activities, and work closely with COE, Portfolio, Development, vendors, and business partners to enable the successful onboarding of new services and interfaces. The role involves reviewing and providing input on technical changes, monitoring operational performance through trend analysis of incidents, problems, and changes, and helping to maintain the stability, integrity, and architecture of integration platforms. Additionally, you will assist with AIS platform setup and coordination across stakeholder teams, participate in vendor service reviews and operational discussions, ensure compliance with SLA and Operating Plan objectives, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, feature adoption, and service enhancement efforts to drive operational excellence and system reliability.
What you’ll be doing?
- Support change implementation and Incident/Problem resolution by coordinating with operations teams and suppliers.
- Assist in handling complex issues, RCA, improvement initiatives, and onboarding activities.
- Participate in technical change reviews, approvals, and planning for platform and interface upgrades.
- Ensure runbooks, support documentation, and operational procedures are maintained and up to date.
- Support communication with business and IT stakeholders by sharing updates and managing escalations.
- Assist in DR planning and testing execution for critical applications, including documentation of failover processes.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are followed, with proper evidence collection.
- Support smooth project transition to operations.
- Act as an incident coordination point within assigned time zone when required.
- Contribute to CI practices including daily huddles, performance tracking, and problem-solving activities.
- Support management of application services and vendors in line with defined service levels.
What we need from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with approximately 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Extensive experience with Enterprise Integration technologies, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Basic understanding of the ITIL framework, ServiceNow and IT service management processes.
- Experience working in production support, application operations, or integration services environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work successfully across cross-functional teams, diverse cultures, and multiple time zones.
- Experience in coordination, issue tracking, escalation management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery and operational support.
