- Process Management & Operations support: ensure the efficient processing of financial plans and report requests with a high level of accuracy. Assist the development and updating of SOPs and process documents.
- Quality assurance & Continuous Improvement: Perform Quality checks to identify errors or discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis and work towards reducing the error rate. Identify improvement opportunities in the underlying process and implement the same.
- Training & Onboarding support: Ensure a seamless integration into the team by providing guidance on systems, tools, and workflows. Partner with the business leaders to provide timely updates and insights on the current process

- Prepares activity and progress reports regarding applications systems analysis and programming sections.
