Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, including cross-selling existing services and upselling additional products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes from our services.
• Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improving overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with a focus on client acquisition or account management.
• Proven track record of successful new client acquisition and retention.
• Strong understanding of cross-selling techniques and ability to identify opportunities for upselling existing clients' needs.
