Associate / Senior Associate - US healthcare - Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US healthcare providers and assist with claim-related queries and concerns.
• Review and resolve issues related to claims, eligibility, benefits, and policy coverage.
• Identify complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate senior team members when required.
• Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Review claims based on eligibility, coverage, and applicable policy guidelines, and take appropriate action.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience while ensuring timely resolution of queries.
• Maintain required quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15 years of relevant experience in any of the following:
• US Healthcare Insurance
• US Healthcare Claims
• AR Calling
• Benefits Administration
• Claims Processing
• Life Insurance
• US Healthcare Voice Process
• Good understanding of US Healthcare / Insurance processes and operations.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling international calls and communicating with US healthcare providers.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Strong English verbal communication is mandatory.

Location: Kochi – Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift – Flexibility is required
