Associate / Senior Associate - US healthcare Insurance - Voice Process

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers to resolve claims-related issues.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to senior team members for further assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Authorize or deny claims based on eligibility verification and policy terms.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in US Health Insurance, Claims, AR calling, benefits administration, claims processing, life insurance, or US healthcare insurance voice process.
• Strong understanding of healthcare BPO operations and regulations (US Healthcare).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively over phone calls.
• Ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Good English Verbal Communication is Mandatory

Location: Kochi (work from office)
